I am looking for an experienced recruiter (any business stream except blue-collar) and also trainee consultants.
For the right people, there will be ample opportunity to develop into senior roles, with the real possibility to run your own branch in Australia or New Zealand - However you will need to prove your value to the business first and produce results.
If you are an experienced business developer/account manager who is able to work effectively and bill strongly without being micro-managed or harassed by management everyday, covet access to business related social networking sites, enjoy celebrating wins with your colleagues and receiving fantastic personal rewards for exceeding your targets, want to see your base salary increase quarterly (based on performance), then we need to talk.
For the trainee position(s) you will need some business experience (recruitment is not necessary), be keen and willing to learn, hungry for great earnings and preferably with some customer service experience. I have no preference for your background, but maybe you work in a bank, accounting firm, an account manager with a service/product supplier or even a recent recruitment trainee who was recently dumped during the GFC. This is a service provision role with a strong sales component, so you must be comfortable in a sales environment.
