Right now I require an IT Recruitment Consultants with between 2 and 10 years experience in recruitment. My client promotes a non micro managed mature environment with most staff in their early 30s, they run dual desks (you can recruit contract and permanent) across different technologies in industry based vertical markets. The brand is very large and the recruitment is gentle yet professional. Although very large they have an intimate feel of a boutique.
