Wanted: NSW - Branch Manager - Telco Recruitment agency.

• Realistic $200K OTE in first year. Up to $120K base + Super.
• Offices located in North Sydney
• Career progression to Head of Asia Pac role

This is an exceptional opportunity for an established Branch Manager or Team Manager who wants to step up to work for an established brand with excellent track record

THE BRAND:

Established Telco, networking recruitment brand with 20 year ofistory in Australia.It is part of a global group of companies with strategic growth plans which will take this brand into Asia and New Zealand.This is a heavy PSA and contract driven business with established and long standing client relationships in place.

THE ROLE:

Reporting to the MD of this global group, this role will sit within the senior management team.

Initially we are looking for a NSW State Manager, however, the longer term strategy for this role is to drive business into Asia and New Zealand.The potential career growthis exceptional as the successful person for this opportunity will be groomed towards a Head of Brand role for Asia Pac./p>

Key areas of responsibility will include high level business development, people management and business growth (the team is set to double in size this year)

THE REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong people management skills are essential.You will have a lead from the front style and be able to inspire a team to follow you.We are happy to receive applications from Branch Managers or Team Leaders who feel they are ready to step up.
• Strong business development skills
• A commercially savvy, strategic recruitment manager.
• Solid understanding of IT recruitment from both a perm and contract perspective.Ideally you will have a strong grasp of the Telco market.
• Ambition and drive.
