The Opportunity
 
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and ambitious recruiter with a desire to succeed within the recruitment industry. You will be given the choice to work within your own industry sector and earn 50% of your billings! In addition, consultants are given absolute autonomy, independence and discretion to run their own day with the ability to work from home if desired.
 
In return, you will work within a highly supportive, mature and forward thinking team. In addition, you will have a reputable market branding to back yourself up! The question of earnings is essentially a question of how hard you are willing to work.
 
The Ideal Candidate
 
In order to be considered for this position, you will be required to possess:
 
  • 12-18 months recruitment experience
  • A degree of contacts within the chosen nominated market if possible
  • A positive, motivated and passionate mental attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good professional and business acumen
  • A hard working and diligent ethos
