Opportunity exists for a dynamic and proactive office manager to join a small, fast-paced and growing company in the health and fitness industry.

Health Station, part of Exception, is setting up a separate office in Sydney to allow us to focus and grow the business. The new office will be set up in the inner east of Sydney, around Surry Hills/Paddington and will initially consist of the MD and this newly created role.

Your role will be to manage the administration of the company and support the travelling sales team. Additionally, we are looking for someone who will be able to help lead and drive the growth of this exciting business.

Specifically, you will help set-up and manage all aspects of the new Sydney office, including:
 Customer service: sales enquiries, despatch and after-sales service.
 Administration: accounts and payroll, transaction processing, record keeping and banking.
 Logistics and operations: inventory management and ordering, show and POS organisation.
 Sales team support: coordinating travel arrangements, assisting with recruitment, developing HR policies and procedures.
 EA support to MD: new growth initiatives, marketing campaigns and other ad hoc duties as required.

You will be a proven self-starter with a positive 'can-do' attitude. You will be flexible and adaptable and thrive on working in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment. You must be highly organised and efficient with strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential along with knowledge of MS office software. You will need to have at least 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a small business environment. MYOB or other accounting software knowledge would be advantageous along with any exposure to online marketing.

Finally; you must like people, have a passion for life and an interest in health and fitness.

Salary 45k-60k (dependent on experience)
