Here’s how you’ll fit in; using your awesome people skills, positivity and professionalism you’ll be the first point of contact with customers, arranging their Telstra Mentor sessions over the phone. Through listening, informing and some sharp organisation you’ll ensure sessions are booked to suit both the customer’s and Mentor’s availability. Of course we won’t throw you straight in the deep end, so expect awesome training and support to get you underway. We think you’ll also enjoy working in a small, fun-loving team in a modern, upbeat office where we work hard but know how to have a good time.
