Our client is looking for a Corporate Receptionist to join their expanding team. You will be the face and the voice of this organisation and whilst at work you will display professionalism; however whilst at play you will need to have a sense of humour.

THE ROLE:
  • Answer incoming calls
  • Meet and greet visitors
  • Upload documents onto the in-house system
  • Formatting documents
  • Project Administration
  • Basic Accounts work
  • Organising meeting rooms
  • Booking luncheons and events


THE CANDIDATE:
  • Proactive go-getter
  • Previous experience within a corporate reception role
  • Intermediate MS Office skills
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Fast thinker and quick learner
  • MYOB is desirable, but not essential
