The role:

• Checking reports
• Creating templates
  
• Editing documents
• Capturing evaluation information
• Implement and design processes
  
• Managing processes
• Assisting with tenders
• Ensuring client protocols and processes are followed for each program
• Updating websites
• Overall management and reporting of the post-program process, including
• Travel arrangements – for  a dedicated client
• Assist with the expense management process for dedicated client
• Administrative support – capturing large volumes of flipcharts in PowerPoint
  

The candidate:

• Outstanding attention to detail
• Secretarial background
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise
• Must be able to be firm yet maintain professionalism and friendliness
• Ability to suggest improvements to processes
• Strong Excel skills – know functions and formulas
• Proficiency in Powerpoint
• Excellent organisational skills
• Ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work autonomously
• Proactive and foreward thinking
• Ability to think on feet and problem solve
