Over the past five years experience as an administrative assistant , I have demonstrated proficiency in all core office administration functions, including document preparation, internal/external communications, data and records management, meeting scheduling, and task prioritisation.
Throughout my career I have demonstrated for my employers an exceptional facility for meeting organisational objectives and demands. In addition to my secretarial skills, I am an adept event planner.
My organisational and administration expertise have been perfected whilst working in International Business Administration. These roles have required strong time management skills, excellent written & communication skills; and the ability to multi-task. I believe this experience can be readily applied to this role.
