Reed Executive Support require an immediately available Sales Administrator for an on-going temporary assignment based in Sydney's Western Suburbs.

The main duties for this role are:

• Supporting a team of 15 with all Administrative duties:- Running reports, Entering sales data into database, Filing, Photocopying, Faxing doc's
• Ordering bulk supplies and office stationary
• Processing and invoicing of orders
• Assisting with enquiries as required
• Following up purchase orders

 It is essential that you have medium to advanced knowledge of MS Office programs including Word and Excel.

To be successful in this position you will need a friendly personality and must be able to work well within a busy team environment. You must be proactive as you will be the only Administrative support for the team and have strong attention to detail as well as the ability to work autonomously. Previous experience in a similar role is preferable although not essential as is experience using Lotus Notes.

Computer skills: Intermediate - Advance Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential as well as a Data Entry speed of 5000ksph minimum. Exp using Lotus Notes is also an advantage.
