Reed have a great opportunity for an experienced Minute Taker to work 4 hours every first Monday of the month. Each meeting takes approximately 2 hours between 6:00pm - 8:00pm, you will be required to arrive early and assist in the setting up of the meeting and working for a total of 4 hours which included assisting in cleaning up after the meeting.

A lap top will be provided as well as the meetings agenda prior to the meeting.

To be successful in this position you will need to have an extremely high accuracy rate and must have proven Minute Taking experience. You will be permitted to take the minutes offsiteo finish typing them,hich will need to be emailed to the manager.

You must be able to commit to the first Monday of every month!
