Reed Executive Support require an immediately available Administration Assistant/ Data Entry Clerk for an on-going temporary assignment based in Sydney's Western Suburbs.

The main dutiesor this role are:

  • Supporting a team of 15 with all Administrative duties:- Data Entry, Filing, Photocopying, Faxing doc's
  • Ordering bulkupplies and office stationary
  • Processing and invoicing of orders
  • Assisting with enquiries as required
  • Following up purchase orders

/p>

To be successful in this position you will need a friendly personality and muste able to work well within a busy team environment. You must be proactive as you will be the only Administrative support for the team and have strong attention to detail as well as the ability to work autonomously.

Computer skills: Intord, Excel andowerPoint skills are essential as well as a Data Entry speed of 5000ksph minimum
