Reed Executive Support require an immediately available Team Personal Assistant/ Secretary to work in a temporary assignment to start ASAP until May 2010 based in the CBD.

Hours of work: 8:30am - 6:00pm

Main responsibilities:

• Provide secretarial and administrative support to team and senior managers
• Ongoing diary management
• Responsible for email management
• Coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements
• Producing, collating and binding PowerPoint presentations
• Organising international and domestic conference calls
• Processing expense claims and invoices
• Updating corporate directory
• Booking meeting rooms and coordinating catering arrangements
• Answering phones, faxing, photocopying,scanning, distributing mail

The successful candidate will be immediately available to register with Reed and start work.

You MUST have Advanced: MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook skills. Minimum typing speed of 60pm.

Investment Banking experience is an advantage!
