Reed Executive Support require an experienced Corporate Receptionist for a 2 week Temporary assignment starting on 2nd November based in Sydney's Western Suburbs.

The main duties of this role are:

• Answering a high volume of incoming calls
• Distributing calls and taking messages
• Meet and greet of clients
• Receiving and distributing mail
• Booking couriers
• Assisting with enquiries
• General Admin support as needed:- Data Entry, Filing, Faxing, Binding, Posting mail

To be successful in this position you will need to be corporately presented with fantastic communication skills as you will be the voice and face of this reputable organisation. You will need do have intermediate knowledge off Word and Excel as well as being able to handle a high volume Reception desk with a warm and approachable personality.

Own transport is desirable
