Live in Nanny/Aupair wanted Northern Beaches Sydney

We are looking for an experienced live in aupair/nanny who is female and over 20 years old.
 
We have a 5 bed house with a pool and large backyard in North Balgowlah.  You would have your own bedroom, bath, TV and use of the rumpus room in the evenings.  We have a 4 and a 2.5 year old - they are lovely children and are angels most of the time!  They attend a local Montesorri preschool 5 morning a week from 8.30 till 12.  I want someone who genuinely loves being with children and who enjoys doing outdoor activities with them.
 
I am returning to work in December.Your job will involve dropping the girls at school, picking them up and then doing afternoon activities like ballet/playdates/beach.  We are 10 mins drive from some lovely beaches and parks.  We would also need you to babysit 1 or 2 nights a week.  You would get weekends off apart for babysitting on Saturday nights (probably every other Sat).  As you would be free every morning we would ask you to clean the house and do washing and ironing, cook for the girls and generally keep the house tidy.  We would provide you with a car (driving license essential ) which you could also use for your own use at weekends.  We would want you to be able to committ for 12 months ideally.  We would be happy to pay $250/$300 per week and would increase that during the kids school holidays as you would be working longer hours.
