You should be able to demonstrate experience as well as a true affection for little children. We are looking for somebody happy, young, energetic and open! You should be either native English speaking and/or native Italian (we are a mixed English/Welsh/Italian breed!), and you need to be flexible, honest and, most importantly, smiley!
