To whom it may concern,

I have recently become a licensed conveyancer and have more than 5 years of work experience in residential and commercial conveyancing, and other property law related matters.

I am also in the final semester of my law degree and I intend to commence my practical legal training (PLT) in January 2010.

I wish to contribute my knowledge and skill in property law to a firm of solicitors. I am also interested in gaining new experience in other fields of law.

Money is not my primary motivator. I am primarily concerned with securing a position in a law firm in order to fulfill the work experience requirement for my PLT.

Please note that until the 27th November 2009 I will not be in a position to work full-time. However, I am able to work up to 3 days per week until that date (and full-time thereafter).
