    My client is a prominent legal firm located in the heart of the CBD and is urgently requiring a Legal Secretary to join their team.

    Your day will be busy and duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Preparation of legal documents
  • Diary management and maintaining files
  • Coordinate appointments
  • Proofreading and editing documents
  • Billing
  • Drafting correspondence
  • Other general duties


    • Essential requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • LEAP experience
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Advanced MS Office skills
