The Practice:
 
Having recently experienced a significant business growth, this highly regarded multi-disciplinary practice has a reputation for excellence. They have four sites across the Newcastle region reaching as far as Nelson Bay; their strong branding and patient flow puts them in a strong position in the market.
 
 
With a multi-disciplinary team of over 40 staff members they offer a diverse range of services, in addition to Physiotherapy they also provide a number of other therapies including dietetics, health and wellbeing and psychological and treatments.  
 
 
They have an extensive range of physiotherapy services including MSK, sports physiotherapy, chronic injury pain and more. In addition to that they have a wide range of comprehensive solutions for corporate organisations, construction and mining organisations.  They also provide sports physiotherapist for the local sports teams.
 
 
 
The Job:
 
As a result of expansion and growth you will join a multi-disciplinary team and will be dealing with a busy and broad range of patients.  You will also be in charge of the day to day running of the practice, ensuring it is profitable whilst also providing excellent patient care.
 
 
Reporting to the Clinical Services Manager you will also have immediate responsibility for a team of 7 Physio's, you will be involved in employing and overseeing the Physiotherapists, liaising with health care professionals, organising monthly meetings and in-service training as well as business development to generate further income to the practice.
 
 
 
The Location:
 
This suburb of Newcastle is located 10km south-west of the CBD; it has the largest business centre within the Lake Macquarie city with a greater turnover than that of the neighbouring Newcastle CBD.  It is an area of rapid growth and a higher density of housing is now beginning to show.  It is also home to one of the largest shopping complexes in the region which is located just off the Pacific Highway. 
 
 
Just a step away from Newcastle is the Lake Macquarie region. The lake itself is 24 km long and has 174 km of foreshore, with its beautiful bays and beaches it offers opportunities for Fishing, Swimming, Water Skiing, Surfing, Boating, Hiking, Horse Back Riding, Wine Tasting and much more. 
 
 
Slightly further afield is the Central Coast, here you will discover an array of golden sandy beaches and scenic national parks, again offering a range of attractions and fun for all ages.
 
 
 
Experience Required:
 
This position requires an experienced clinical Physiotherapist with demonstrated people management skills. You will have a strong background in Private Practice preferably with a range of experience across a broad range of cases.
 
 
You will be self-motivated, passionate about providing quality care and enthusiastic to actively contribute to success of the business.
 
 
 
Salary Package and other benefits:
 
Salaries are paid on a percentage basis and will be according the level of experience you bring to the role. You will also receive a bonus incentive on generating business and further income for the practice.  You will receive comprehensive in-house and external training and receive $1k annual contribution to further education.
