About the role…
· Work related injury management providing a graduated return to work program
· Inter-disciplinary assessments of injured workers’ capacity: initial, functional, worksite, ergonomic, ADLs, S40s
· Providing manual handling training
· Attending case conferences with doctors, agents and other stakeholders
· Working as part of a multidisciplinary team of health professionals
· Report writing
What you need to bring…
- Tertiary qualifications in Allied Health (Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy)
- Registration with the Australian board of OTs or PTs
- For graduates: Previous placement experience in Occupational Rehab with a provider, insurer or self-insured company preferred

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Salary: Depending on experience $45000 - 70000 + super + bonus scheme
Work hours: Approx. 38hrs/week
