We are looking for people who:

Can commit to a Working Holiday Visa for a 2 year period
Currently hold a Nursing qualification
Care and are passionate about making a difference in people’s lives
Want to help us achieve our goal of being the best Aged Care provider in the country
Have effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Are committed to and understand the process of Continuous Quality Improvement
Are flexible and have excellent organisational and time management skills
Are able to work independently and as a member of a team
Believe that their ongoing professional development will lead to better care outcomes
Can use their skills to help supervise and develop other team members
