The National Mental Health programme, GROW is seeking an experienced coordinator/manager to oversee its Residential Rehabilitation programme.

Located on a small rural property at Prestons NSW (near Liverpool), GROW caters for 17 people with comorbid mental and drug use problems.

The service is founded on the GROW principals of friendship, peer support and growth to maturity. The successful applicant may come from any relevant health of administrative background, but will be familiar with these principals, be familiar with GROW, and committed to GROW's philosophy and approach to Recovery. Ideally, the applicant will be an active member of GROW, but if not, must be able to demonstrate an understanding and strong commitment to working withing the GROW framework.

Demonstrated skills/qualifications in health services, rehabilitation would be a distinct advantage.
