As an Rehabilitation Consultant you will be working for an organization that delivers OH&S, injury prevention and occupational rehabilitation services. Our client utilises the expertise of allied health professionals to prevent and manage workplace illness and injury, as well delivering vocational assessment services and facilitating the redeployment process.

To be successful in this position you will have:

A tertiary Allied Health Qualification with at least 2 year’s of clinical experience
Understanding of WorkCover and/or case management experience (desirable)
Strong ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
Exceptional organisational and time management abilities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Good report writing skills with an ability to justify, document, and communicate recommendations and outcomes to treating professionals
Experience in OHS, manual handling, ergonomics, coordinating corporate health or wellness programs and pre-employment screenings (highly regarded)
Eligibility to work permanently in Australia
