Our client is a world leading pharmaceutical company. They are currently seeking a Medical Scientific Liaison to focus on their exciting oncology portfolio.
This excellent role, reporting directly to the Medical Liaison Manager, will act as the primary scientific expert and development resource for the therapy team in the region.  It will provide assistance on special projects in the therapeutic area including medical affairs, continuing medical education, advisory boards, Key Opinion Leader development, scientific reviews, local clinical trials and Investigator clinical meetings. In addition, there will be responsibilities to deliver therapeutic area training plus provide product expertise to internal and external customers, including scientific support for healthcare professionals. This is a senior and leadership role within the company.
To be successful in this role, you will possess either a Medical degree or PhD  with either clinical experience, or experience in the pharmaceutical industry. This is a business focused role so post-graduate qualifications in a medical or marketing field will be highly regarded. Regular travel is required.
