Our client is seeking to appoint a Manager for the ACT & South West NSW. You will have responsibility for the ongoing growth and development of the company's customer service, quality and commercial objectives within this market. Providing support and leadership to an established multi-disciplinary team delivering services throughout the ACT & SW NSW region.
To be successful in this position you will have:
•Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Psychology or Business Management with ideally 3+ years OR experience
•Demonstrated leadership and coordination skills
•Experience with staff management, recruitment and retention
•Demonstrated capacity for overall management of budgets and financial projections
•Customer relationship management and business development skills
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
