Hallo my name is Laura I have been working in the fitness industry for the last 8 yrs teaching swimming/aqua/aerobics/stretching/fitness ecc.. to adults,children,seniors and special needs. I am very enthusiastic and passionate about sports.If you need help getting fit I can definately help you.
send me an email and we can arrange the first session ,so you can try and see how it goes!I charge 50$ per hr/session.If it's 2 of you I can charge 60$per hr.
