An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Support Worker to join an innovative community based program in Moss Vale, in the beautiful Southern Highlands region.
Working with clients with mental illness, you will be involved in providing assistance and support to enhance clients living skills, engagement in community life, and access to employment, education, training and health services. The program is designed to reduce the functional limitations caused by mental health issues.
You will have a tertiary qualification in social welfare and relevant experience in mental health.
As well as working effectively as part of a team you must be able to work independently and use your initiative. Ideally you will have experience in case management/support planning and a knowledge of mental health services in NSW. You must have a Drivers Licence.
