Reed Social Care have an opportunity available for a Care Manager working for a well established Aged Care services provider located on the North Shore/o:p>

/p>

The role requires a confident individual who is able to lead from the front. You must have previous experience working for an aged care facility in either a residential or community setting. You will be required to manage a busy work load and be able to deal with the varying levels of care required. The potential applicant will need to demonstrate excellent leadership and delegation skills, have proven experience managing people and be committed to the provision of care.

Essential criteria:/o:p>

• NSW Nurse Registration /o:p>
• Have proven management experience /o:p>
• A strong understanding of ACFI/o:p>
• Excellent knowledge of Aged Care Facilities /o:p>
• Excellent communication skills/o:p>

This is very much a hands on role that requires someone who has a genuine interest and understanding of the Aged Care sector/o:p>
