Jesmond Aged Care, an accredited renowned facility is currently looking for a Deputy Director of Nursing to lead, manage and assist the Director of Nursing/Facility Service Manager. Join this reputable organisation and see your career take flight. this position requires an experienced Aged Care executive to lead and manage the clinical teams, maintain clinical governance, oversee all ACFI administration, human resource, budget and business management. to be successful in this role, you need to have:
  • proven ability to manage, supervise and develop staff
  • strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
  • sound knowledge of Aged Care Accreditation Policies and Legislation
  • ACFI experience essential
  • strong working knowledge of finance and budgets
