Are you currently travelling around Australia from tourist sight to tourist sight?? If so, you're missing out on the 'real Australian experience' - endless horizons, hot dusty towns, breathtaking sunsets and a well-deserved cold one after a hard days work!
If you want a different experience to the cliche Sydney/Melbourne based backpacker scene, then come and work for us on our farm, 50km north from Echuca-Moama in the heart of the beautiful Murray River region. We are 3 young Pommy blokes who have started our own business out here, love the lifestyle and we need some help. We are looking for backpackers who can commit at least a week (hopefully more) to helping our expanding business. We may need you to work outside putting up fences, painting buildings, helping out inside our factory making sausages & pies, grape-harvesting or any other odd jobs we can think of.
A reasonable level of fitness, good English, a smile and can-do attitude are needed. We can provide basic accommodation or if you have a campervan that is even better as we can provide power and water, as well as use of a shower.
In return we'll provide you with loads of fun times, awesome photographs and great memories. We'll take you for BBQ's by the river, Kangaroo and Emu spotting, wine-tasting, fishing, organise flying lessons for you, water-skiing, etc. The work is unpaid but well worth the experience - it could tide you over whilst you wait for a job in Melbourne or Sydney.*

'I had an awesome time here, loads of fun and everyone is a great laugh! I can't wait to come back next month' - Tanya, Cavan Ireland.
'We went water-skiing on our first day! We also had to survive a heatwave of 47degrees- thank god for air-conditioning! Saw my first roo's out here. Brilliant experience,a highlight of my time in Australia!' - Andy, Surrey, England
'The work is varied and much better than a previous job I had weeding capsicums. The owners are great, took us swimming in the Murray, organised DVD nights and a monopoly championship, and anything else we wanted to do. I would recommend this to any backpacker who wants a load of fun whilst saving money'. - Natalie, Leeds
