Hairdresser/Salon Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with incredible passion and dedication to the hair industry, to lead Victoria St Chop Shop in a full-time position of Manager.

You must have previous managerial experience, confident in all salon policies and procedures, sound operational management and business acumen. Hairdressing qualifications and previous managerial training experience are a necessity.

The successful candidate must possess strong leadership qualities, embrace a “hands-on” approach, be results driven, display excellent customer care skills and the ability to build strong relationships across a broad spectrum of people. A bright personality and excellent communication skills are a must!

Our innovative and ambitious Salon Manager will have the ability to lead a team whilst fostering a positive team spirit, have the ability to reach financial goals whilst maintaining a warm and friendly environment for our guests, be self-motivated and maintain the competitive edge of the company.
