Wanted a builder to do up my garden and pool in North Manly

Looking for a hard working builder who can pave, lay decking, fix up a large pool and build a pergola at my place in North Manly.
 
I can provide labourers and materials and have the plans drawn up already.
 
This is quite a big job - At least a couple of months work for someone and a labourer or two. Best if you have most tools but can hire/buy additional, I think i'd prefer to pay a day/hour rate to the right person but let's discuss.
