Selling my 3 cubic metre skip bin trailer which is rented out to customers as a skip bin with excellent returns for a very small outlay .
 
The bin is 3 cubic metres and was constructed by an engineer out of solid steel. It is currently registered in NSW with long rego and is in near new condition. It has a winch tipper for easy tipping. The bin also has all the advertising signs on it so it is ready for work.
 
The bin can be hired out anywhere from $250-$300 per hire (as an approximate guide it can cost anywhere from $40-$100 at the tip, meaning the rest is 100% profit), this is a very health part time income for doing nothing more then dropping a trailer off and picking it up to be emptied.
 
Will link buyer up with constant work, and books will be shown to buyer showing income that the bin has already generated.
