An outstanding opportunity now exists for an experienced Contracts Administrator.

Based in Western Sydney the main aim of this position will be the monitoring and maintenance of Government education contracts and to assist with the delivery of building requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:/p>

• Degree or Diploma in Building and Construction Management (this may be overlooked if the candidate has relevant experience)
• A minimum of 5 years Contracts Administration experience with the building industry OR Civil Engineering.
• Proven contractual and commercial awareness with strong relationship building and negotiation skills
• Familiar with;
  • Quality Management System ISO 9001:2000
  • Environmental Management System AS/NZS 14001:2004
  • OHS Management System AS 4801:2000
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer Literate with strong administration and organisational skills.
