This is an unrivalled opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join this well established international project management organisation. This is a rare opportunity to gain experience on career defining developments for an elite,  renowned and growing Project Management Organisation. They specialise in anything from boutique fit outs to large world class projects in retail, commercial and residential projects.
 
 
 
You will spear-head multiple projects in retail and residential interior sectors delivering results on career defining projects for an elite, world renowned organisation.
 
 
You will:
 
  • Be experienced as a Senior Project Manager in construction projects on the client side
  • Have a solid contact base
  • Superior communication skills and enjoy business development
  • Have experience Retail interior project experience
  • Have Sydney experience
  • Have a minimum 5 years experience in a similar role.
  • Be dealing with high level projects so strong management skills will be integral to the successful outcome of this role.
  • Have a calm and mature disposition having a flexible style that can quickly adapt to changing priorities
  • Be a good mentor and coach
  • Have excellent client liaison skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Be degree qualified in Construction or Engineering  
 
 
Your key responsibilities for this senior management role will be:
 
 
 
  • Further develop an already solid portfolio of work in the interior and new build commercial market
  • You will be heading up a senior project team encompassing multi disciplinary design managers, construction managers and senior project managers
  • You will be responsible for monitoring both in house and external consultants / construction contractors will and will be working very closely with the client, providing regular progress reporting.
  • Working to programmes 
  • Project Time Management
  • Project Risk Management
  • Project Design Management
  • Attending Consultancy meetings
