EBR is currently seeking an experienced Systems Architect to provide leadership to help design applications required for Web Content Management Systems (WCMS) in a successful IT business.

Leading Sydney recruitment agency EBR, is currently seeking an experienced System Architect. If you have knowledge of Linux systems, and understanding of Java development, please read on!  

Responsibilities:   

• Product configuration
• Matching the clients needs to the functional specifications
• Identifying any risks associated with the project phases
• Mentoring team members on the assigned tasks
• Providing both business and technical expertise on the project approach
• Assisting in creating test scenarios
• Unit testing

Essential requirements and criteria:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
• Advanced knowledge of  WCMS (such as Reddot, Fatwire, Stellent)
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems  
• Understanding of Java based development - JSP, Servelts, Spring, XML, JSF
• Experience in SQL and relational databases  
• 5+ years experience in designing and architecting a solution
• Understanding n-tier architecture
