Support analyst/programmer - funds management applications

Key responsibilities will be:
 
  • To provide technical application support to existing in-house systems and 3rd party applications
  • Resolve support issues
  • Documenting requirements and solutions to support issues
  • Assist in requirements and technical specifications for small enhancements
  • Work closely with the vendor, business users and technical support teams
  To be successful in this role, you will have the following:
 
  • Experience in the finance industry, supporting business critical managed funds applications such as Hiportfolio, Dimension, Composer, Calibre etc
  • Strong client service focus
  • Experience in the ITIL framework
  • Experience in delivering enhancements end to end.
  • Experience in windows & UNIX o/s, including scripting skills
