This organisation is a successful technology leader globally and in the Australian market. 
 
 
As a key player in a niche market, this organisation is currently looking for a Support Specialist. This role will provide a key step in the establishment of a NOC (Operations Centre) in Sydney based on existing centres around the world.
 
 
In this role you will be responsible for providing Level 2 technical support and coordinating incident and problem management workflow for a key global product and responding to requests from internal and external clients.
 
 
To be successful in this position you must have:
 
  • At least two years experience in support roles
  • A University degree
  • Sound knowledge and experience with networking technologies (eg GPRS)
  • Broad technology understanding (eg in databases such as MySQL and basic coding)
  • Understanding of Linux
  • Enthusiastic attitude
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
