Our client is not your average Digital Marketing Agency. Their reputation and volume of business is sky rocketing. They adopt a no-excuse policy and are looking for a person with can do attitude.

If you are an enthusiastic Senior Developer who has a strong desire and passion for the web and all things digital, then our client has the role you have been looking for.

Apart from working on high profile corporate and SME brands, we are looking for the right person to help to build the web development team and take the agency to the next level.

Your essential skills will include:

• Strong understanding and working knowledge of ASP.NET
• Fluent in PHP, MY SQL, Javascript and open source content management systems
• Expert level experience in XHTML and CSS
• Great working knowledge in Usability and Accessibility standards
• Great working knowledge of email marketing and proven techniques
• Ability to produce website architecture plans and highly technical documentation
• Flash Actionscript
• XML and XSLT
• Strong Fireworks, Dreamweaver and Photoshop Skills
• MSSQL2000/2005/2008 & Database Design skills.
• Advanced SEO and Google Analytics knowledge
• Proficient with web browser features and limitations
• Content Management System experience especially Business Catalyst, Insite Creation, DotNetNuke and Umbraco
• Strong in object oriented (OO) patterns
• Strong skills in the application of SCRUM / XP / Agile
• Command a thorough understanding of programming semantics
• Excellent communication skills (written/verbal) with the ability to articulate programming concepts to a variety of audiences and interact with clients
• Ability to develop web applications and solid understanding of web production processes
• Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently in a high paced team environment
• Ability to handle multiple projects (more than 3) at any one time
• Ability to mentor and manage junior team members
• Ability to plan and time manage
• Ability to handle disruptions to workload when clients call
• Most importantly, must have a positive attitude

Of course, if you also possess the following skills it will place you in an advantageous position:

• Ruby on rails
• Ironspeed
• C++
• Microsoft Certification

You will be a self-starter, a forward thinker, posses a ‘just do it’ attitude, be ready to take on any challenge that is given to you and have a hunger to be grow a team around you. You want to be judged on your ability to step up to the challenge.

This position is full-time, Monday to Friday. However, please note this is not a 9 - 5 role, you will be expected to meet all challenges head on, even after hours.

Salary is commensurate with experience.
