My client is well respected company looking to drive alot of business & technical change over the next 12-24m. With key initatives establishing the need for a group datawarehouse amongst others they are now looking for a strong Senior Change Manager to join them and help construct an Information Management Roadmap as the first part of this process.
 
 
I am looking for Senior IT/Change/Datwarehousing professionals who have strong Change Management skills, have worked on datawarehouse implementations & have built Information Management RoadMaps in the past.
 
 
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the challenges of building a successful IM roadmap (eg Integrating systems, standardising data management processes, corporate culture, data quality/visibility, exec buy in etc) & strategies to overcome these but also be able to link this IM roadmap to the operational BI/Dataw requirements of the businesses.
 
 
 
You must have a  Strong datawarehousing/data management background and have an understanding of the other areas linked to an IM roadmap (eg data/application integration, content/document management etc) & solid understanding of the challenges posed by unstructured and semi-structured data in an organisation.
 
 
The ability to link BI knowledge with strong business process management with change management (organisational readiness etc) and program/project management.
 
 
This is a Senior role, engaging at board level and driving change at a senior level as my client looking to embed the principles of data driven analytics etc into this business so candidates need to be able to demonstrate the gravitas to operate at this level.
 
 
I am looking for that blend of IM roadmap expertise along with Change/ Program Management expertise & experience with Datawarehouse implementations as well as;
 
 
1. Extensive consulting experience supported by additional business experience
 
2. A strong record of leadership roles and the ability to motivate a team, including the ability to establish productive working relationships both internally and externally
 
3. Specific experience related to developing integrated change strategies and roadmaps to guide large scale business transformation
 
4. Experience in working with a diverse set of stakeholders
 
5. Ideally experience of not for profit/charity or government organisations.
