We are an Australian company selling hotel rooms online. The company is looking for an innovative, energetic SEO and Analytics Expert. Your job will be to attract, measure and expand the traffic to our website. The ideal candidate is a creative and collaborative thinker, extremely organized and detail oriented, and able to keep up with the demands of a real-time ecommerce environment.

Core responsibilities:
• Oversee all SEO practices
• Implement all SEO strategies
• Advise the CEO on new and better strategies
• Optimize and manage the implementation of analytics
• Deliver weekly and monthly reports and analysis on audience behavior and trends
• Support executive and product teams with data and insights as needed
• Design and develop specifications for multivariate tests, and analyze the results
• Improve quality and volume of data gathered at all points of contact
• Advise and implement link building strategy

• Possible additional responsibilities:
• Oversee SEM

• Requirements:
• Expert knowledge of the major search engines and search engine optimization
• Proficiency in scrubbing, sanitizing, manipulating large bodies of data
• Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with multivariate testing schemes
• 2-3 years SEO experience
• Passion for SEO
