About the Role

This role has become available due to an internal promotion and will involve technical and management responsibilities. The management skills we’re looking for you to bring include staff motivation, performance management, technical leadership, as well leading the team in your interaction with customers. You’ll still be hands on to an extend within either the Unix or Oracle space, depending on your background. You’ll be involved in leading projects, higher level support and technical interacting with customers.

What we’re looking for

• Strong personal leadership skills
• Solid management experience
• A technical background in the midrange space.
• A strong customer service ethic and understanding on the Managed Services space.
