 1. Demonstrated experience and ability to develop and deliver
EDW and Reporting solutions within agreed time, cost and quality
expectations. Proven ability to effectively manage customer, business
stakeholder and project team relationships throughout the solution
development and support lifecycle for small or large EDW projects.

2.       Highly developed EDW and Reporting  requirements definition,
design, development and implementation skills.  Includes a sound
understanding of structured system lifecycle management methodologies
and EDW concepts (such as data analysis and dimensional modelling,
data mart design, enterprise data definition, ETL, data quality and
governance, report and analytics application prototyping and agile
approaches to solutions delivery).

3.       Extensive knowledge and experience in developing and
supporting EDW and reporting solutions using Business Intelligence
toolsets such as MicroStrategy, Cognos, Business Objects or Hyperion
(preferably MicroStrategy).

4.       Ability to adhere to agreed standards and better practice
frameworks for EDW architecture, project management and system
development lifecycle management.

5.       Judgement, flexibility, agility, responsiveness and
demonstrated high performance in problem solving and an ability to
work effectively as part of a team to achieve positive outcomes for
business customers.

6.    Highly effective communication, negotiation, persuasion and
representation skills. Specifically, an ability to develop and
maintain requirements, design and support documentation for business
and technical audiences.
