Computer Technician

Reliable Computers is a fast growing I.T. Company servicing the St George Area. Our workshop is located in Oatley (near Hurstville).We are looking for a Computer Technician.
The position will involve a combination of On-Site and Workshop Computer Repairs, as well as assisting customers in our Store, and taking phone calls where required.
Responsibilities:
Ø Diagnose and resolve all relevant computer problems.
Ø Take full ownership of all assigned jobs.
Ø Ensure service calls are met timely and efficiently
Ø Perform related duties as assigned.
Ø Be available to work on Saturday(10am -2pm), if needed
Technical Knowledge/Qualification / Experience:
Ø Must have at least 1 year hands on Experience in hardware / software troubleshooting.
Ø Proven Technical experience either in the field, workshop or store
Ø Proven Customer Service experience with home and small-business customers
Ø Wide knowledge of Computer Hardware & Software.
Ø Wide knowledge of Windows XP, Vista, and Microsoft Office Products.
Ø Experience building and upgrading Computer Systems.
Ø Experience setting up cabled and wireless networks
Ø Proven experience with virus/spyware removal, broadband installations, and computer hardware repairs.
Ø Proven ability to learn new IT products and applications
Ø Excellent PC Troubleshooting Skills
Must Have / Requirement
Ø Hold a current Drivers License
Ø Own Car
Ø CLEAR SPOKEN English
