As of the 1st of October, Bannisters restaurant will be known as Rick Stein at Bannisters. This will be creating a need for more, high quality staff to join our team.
 
Sous Chef
To assist the head chef in all aspects of the general day to day running of the kitchen, including, stocktake, ordering, OH&S, overseeing junior staff, health and hygiene, rosters. Previous management experience required.
