Ship Ahoy!

Here's something different; We're looking for a cook or chef to work aboard the magnificent tall ship 'Southern Swan'. The ship sails on Sydney Harbour, which is smooth water. At the moment this entails cooking bbq/buffet style for an average 50 passengers four days a week on sailing days and for a crew of about five or six. One or two days a week is cooking for crew only with some maintenance or cleaning. The cook/chef is in charge of 'housekeeping' ie cleanliness of galley and below decks, with the help of the crew.

It's a great opportunity for you to learn something new and experience life on board a wooden sailing ship with a friendly crew. Live-aboard positions are available plus wages.
