* Absolute knowledge written & spoken english. (Very important-do not apply if english is not strong). Job involves reading & speaking, stock lists etc.
* Food preparation experience
* Knife skills
* Know how to use automatic dishwasher, & hand washing also
* Assist chef
* Set up/ close down work area
* Scrub floor at end of night & take out rubbish & recycling
* MUST be FAST worker
** MUST BE AVAILABLE to WORK; THU/FRI/SAT/SUN EVENINGS 4.30-5PM START till CLOSE
