Brook Street Kitchen and Bar, Coogee(Randwick Rugby Club)is looking for a casual or Full time Bistro chef who can work on there own and within a team, must have at least 2 years experience in similar position.
Ability to keep consistant standards,working with seasonal, fresh produce.
Working in new kitchen with team of 5. good working enviorement
