Located at Waterloo, Patisse is a busy cafe/patisserie by day, makes wholesale cakes and special occassion cakes and provides hands on cooking classes to pastry and dessert lovers. We  require an experienced pastry cook who is multitalented. The role will involve prepping, some dishwashing and occasional deliveries to our wholesale clients so a current Drivers Licence is essential.
 
To be the succesful candidate you will;
- have demonstrated pastry experience
- be professional, efficient and self motivated
- be flexible in your working hours as the roster is spread over 7 days
- enjoy working as part of a small team
- hold a current NSW Drivers Licence
- have excellent English language skills and a valid Visa/Permit to work in Australia.
