Professional Experience
Has been extremely active in kitchen and F&B industry for sveral years in Jakarta and Singapore.
Past activities in kitchen was during my 1 year attachment in Halia Restaurant in Botanical Garden, Singapore. During my 1 year attachment, i was spent most of my attachment to learn how to manage different sections.
Most of my training with SHATEC and Halia Restaurant, i was learn how to improve my skills in the kitchen involve such as set up for banquet and also learn how to work with different type of chefs. During my internship with Halia Restaurant, i also learn how to improve my creativity and flexibality in the kitchen.
